Jen Kagan and Ri Anderson offer a method of uncovering and releasing stuck feelings through the transformative benefits of yoga, photo collage, and expressing the unsaid. This is a guided journey to self discovery and lightness. It is not therapy.

  • Create a personalized art piece

Do you feel stuck and unable to move forward? Do you experience signs of unresolved grief?

This workshop is for you if:

  • You have the desire to let go of painful emotions that hold you back

  • You have the courage to move forward

  • You are interested in integrating loss and joy through the mind, body, and spirit

  • You have a laptop and are willing to use Photoshop (no photoshop experience 

    necessary)
  • You have the ability to move your body with ease (no yoga experience necessary)

  • You are willing to be courageous and gain freedom and lightness

Jen Kagan is a certified Iyengar Yoga Teacher (CIYT) and a certified Yoga Therapist (C-IAYT). Jen knows that a classic practice of yoga heals the mind, body and soul.

Ri Anderson has been a practicing artist and teacher for 25 years. Ri believes that the act of making art can heal.
