Jen Kagan and Ri Anderson offer a method of uncovering and releasing stuck feelings through the transformative benefits of yoga, photo collage, and expressing the unsaid. This is a guided journey to self discovery and lightness. It is not therapy.

Jen Kagan is a certified Iyengar Yoga Teacher (CIYT) and a certified Yoga Therapist (C-IAYT). Jen knows that a classic practice of yoga heals the mind, body and soul.
Ri Anderson has been a practicing artist and teacher for 25 years. Ri believes that the act of making art can heal.
